House of the year 2011
Situated on a 1,000-square-meter plot, this house combines convenience, functionality, and refined style. It is fully designed as a smart home, allowing the owners to control all electronic systems remotely.
The house blends classic design with modern elements, and eclecticism is the leading concept in this highly successful project. The harmony between different styles is felt in every room, from the comfortable kitchen and dining area to the spacious, cozy living room and the nearby spa center.
The reception area is designed to make a strong first impression. Guests are captivated by the luxurious reception room, which leaves a lasting impact. The Jaime Hayon chandelier for Metalarte adds a sense of grandeur that defines the entire interior. Bold design choices, such as the integration of Salvador Dalí collages, create a unique atmosphere. Classic French windows add elegance and bring light into this magnificent yet minimalist home, which incorporates the best of several different eras.
Natural materials are favored throughout, with Rhodesian teak flooring, beautiful veneer paneling, and stone in the bathrooms. High-tech accents, such as the fiberglass "stone" table and the Barrisol ceiling, are also featured.
This is a perfect home where nothing is superfluous, and nothing is lacking.
